This
home originally had 4
small spaces in this area
divided by floor to ceiling
walls: an entry, a kitchen,
a dining room, and a living
room. The homeowners wanted
to open up the space and
update and upgrade the
look. Click on “before”
and you’ll get a

The
great room in this couple’s
home needed to have more
natural light and a more
dramatic effect to the
fire place. Using the
existing windows and fireplace,
United Remodelers enhanced
the entire area by additional
windows and dramatically
changing the fireplace.
The effective use of recessed
lighting in the ceiling
and above the fire place
opening also provided
a beautifully improved
effect. Click on “before:

the original construction
phase of the home.
Click
on the before shot to
see how significantly
the layout of this space
was altered. A long drab
room was remodeled into
an airy ceramic tiled
breakfast nook with a
partial wall, creating
a useable and inviting
dining space on the other
side.
In
the same home pictured
in the dining room pictures,
United Remodelers transformed
a dreary, uninteresting
kitchen into a beautifully
updated kitchen of warmth
and practicality.
